Risk Disclosure and Confirmation
Copy trading involves high risk. You are responsible for your own independent decisions; all profits, losses, and risks arising from trades are borne solely by you.
The past performance of a Master is not indicative of future results. You must be aware that following trades may lead to the loss of principal due to factors such as market volatility, slippage, or leverage.
Your investment decisions should be based entirely on your independent judgment. Hotcoin does not provide any form of investment advice.
User Authorization and Profit Sharing Rules
From the moment you enable copy trading, you authorize Hotcoin to exercise trading rights in your name and synchronize trading signals in real-time according to your personalized settings.
You agree to and authorize the platform to automatically deduct commissions from your net copy trading profits at the agreed ratio as a reward for the Master.
You acknowledge and accept this copy trading model and are willing to accept the associated trading risks arising from this model.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The platform shall not be held liable for trading interruptions, data errors, or data tampering caused by force majeure, including but not limited to hardware/software failures, network delays, system maintenance, power outages, or cyberattacks.
Hotcoin shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, derivative, or special damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the copy trading service.
Losses caused by your personal operational negligence (such as incorrect parameter settings, insufficient account balance, etc.) shall be borne by you personally.
Effectiveness and Amendment of Agreement
This agreement becomes effective when you click to confirm or click "Start Copying."
Hotcoin reserves the right to modify the contents of this agreement when necessary and will notify users via platform announcements.
